If you utilized a debit card with HomeStreet Bank, you are being sent a new debit card automatically that should arrive the week of July 25. The new card will need to be activated so you can begin using it at 4 PM Pacific Time on July 29. The HSB debit card will be deactivated automatically at 4 PM Pacific Time.
Yes. However, access to balances using your debit card may be limited throughout the weekend, so we encourage you to have an additional source of funds, such as cash. You may also write checks to access your funds.

You may use the HSB checks for a short period of time after the transition, however, we recommend you begin using Bank of Idaho checks as soon as possible after the transition to avoid payment issues. It is our understanding that items presented to HomeStreet Bank on or after September 15 will be returned as ‘closed account.’
Any wire transfers that are attempted after July 29 will be returned by HSB to the originator with instructions to remit to Bank of Idaho with the new routing number (124103676). We recommend confirming with originators to ensure they have current information.
HomeStreet Bank will provide notification of change of routing number to originators who submit regular payments or deposits. It is encouraged that you contact individuals who regularly send you money to provide them updated information. Payments processed to HSB will be transferred to Bank of Idaho through September 15. The exception is Social Security deposits. See next item.
You will need to contact the Social Security Administration directly by phone at 800-772-1213, TTY 800-325-0778, or via the internet at https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount and provide them with the new routing number (124103676). For security reasons, the Social Security office will only make changes upon direction from you.
No, you will receive earnings payment notices and a notice of maturity will be mailed 20 days in advance. Your certificate of deposit history is also available through internet banking.
If you do not need access to your account utilizing a debit card or checks, please securely dispose of these items and alert your local branch representative to ensure debit card is closed to prevent fraud.
All loan accounts will remain the same, including account numbers, payment amounts, interest rates and terms, etc. Any account number changes have already been made by HomeStreet Bank.
If both your loan and deposit account are being transferred to Bank of Idaho, then the loan payment will continue to be automatically paid from you deposit account. Please check your account around the time the first payment is due to ensure the automatic payment worked correctly.
If the Home Street Bank loan payment was being paid from another financial institution, be sure to update that financial institution with Bank of Idaho’s routing number (124103676) to ensure timely payment is applied to your loan. The loan account number should remain the same.
Nothing. You can continue to use the same card and account you have with HSB, which will continue to be your provider for the credit card. Bank of Idaho also offers credit card services. Please review the options at bankofidaho.com or contact your branch representative.
We were unable to transfer information from HSB’s internet banking system. You will need to enroll in Bank of Idaho’s internet banking at bankofidaho.com. Self-enrollment is available now with just a few simple steps. We encourage you to save your payee information for any external transfers or billpay items as you will need to re-establish these through Bank of Idaho internet banking.
Transactions scheduled in HSB’s internet banking on or before July 29 will be processed by HomeStreet Bank.
Your balance will likely not show up on your account until August 1, after the transition is complete. All of the balances from your former bank account(s) will be transfered during the weekend of July 30-31 through a secure process. Until that is completed, we will not have the information to display your balance in the Bank of Idaho system.
Yes, you can download the Bank of Idaho app through the App Store using your mobile device.
Your HomeStreet Bank Debit or ATM card will be replaced with a Bank of Idaho Visa Debit card the week of 07/25/2022. You will receive your new Bank of Idaho Debit card by mail. If you have not received your debit card by 07/28/2022, call your branch for a temporary card.
Please continue to use your HomeStreet Debit or ATM card until 4:00PM Pacific Time (5:00PM Mountain Time) on 07/29/2022. After that time, your HomeStreet Debit Bank card will no longer work. We recommend that you destroy your HomeStreet Bank card to avoid potential fraud.
You will receive your new Visa Debit card from Bank of Idaho along with instructions on how to activate your card and select your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please keep these instructions in a secure place until you are sure your card is active. You must activate your card before it can be used.
TIP: You can activate your new Bank of Idaho debit card(s) when received. Please note the usage instructions enclosed with the card. Begin using your card at 4:00PM Pacific Time (5:00PM Mountain Time) 07/29/2022.
Unless you’ve been told otherwise, your account number will stay the same at Bank of Idaho.

If you currently have any auto deposit/withdrawal services tied to your Homestreet Routing Number for payroll, retirement, subscription services or utilities, be sure to update the routing number with those entities.
Routing and transit numbers for all accounts will change as part of this conversion. Unless you have been told otherwise, account numbers will not change during this conversion. To ensure there is no disruption to your draft/direct deposit service, please contact your ACH originating companies to update your account(s) with Bank of Idaho’s routing and transit number for your automated drafts or deposits.
Some originators may discontinue automated transactions if they do not receive an updated routing and transit number for your account(s). The new routing and transit number on your Bank of Idaho account(s) will be 124103676. This takes effect 08/01/2022.
During this transition, we will continue to accept draft/direct deposits that display the Homestreet routing and transit number for a limited time. A notification from you to your originating company will help ensure that your automated transactions continue as normal. If you encounter a problem with your draft/direct deposit service, please contact your local branch, email the transition team at transition@bankofidaho.net or call 888-396-8757.
The U.S. Social Security Administration will not change the routing information for your benefits automatically or based on a Notification of Change (NOC) from a bank. In order to change this information, you must contact them directly by phone at 800-772-1213, TTY 800-325-0778, or via the internet at https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount.
The week of 07/25/2022, you can begin setting up online banking and download the Bank
of Idaho mobile app. Bank of Idaho’s online banking system will display limited account
information until the week of 08/01/22.

If you currently use HomeStreet’s bill pay service, we recommend that you print or save any HomeStreet bill pay history and other information you may need to input your bill pay settings in Bank of Idaho’s system
Starting 07/29/2022, your bill pay history and payee information with HomeStreet will no longer be available. To begin utilizing Bank of Idaho bill pay, you must first enroll in online or mobile banking.
Sign up for eStatements and receive a monthly email when your current statement is ready to be securely viewed through Online Banking. eStatements are free, easier to manage than paper statements, and more secure.
Send text commands (example: BAL to do a balance inquiry) to your bank from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account balance and transaction history information. Receive text message responses directly to your phone. This is a unique way to obtain account information quickly and securely.
