Dave Killoy is a Mortgage Originator for Bank of Idaho with more than 20 years' experience in the mortgage industry. From originating home loans to training more than 30 Home Loan Officers, Dave believes in educating his borrowers and making the home loan experience as easy as possible.

Dave is located in Eastern Washington and has been married to his wife Karen for 30 years. He grew up in Butte, Montana and graduated from Montana Tech. Dave's two children followed in his footsteps graduating from Carroll College and Montana State. Both have started their own careers in Montana. Dave is a competitive racquetball player and also enjoys golfing and fishing.

Brett Pierce is a mortgage loan officer for Bank of Idaho. Brett has 18 years of lending experience and has worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Married with four kids, Brett enjoys traveling with his family having new adventures. He likes to stay active by playing basketball, golf, pickleball, softball, paddleboarding, and riding bikes. Brett is passionate about community involvement and educating our youth around financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and job readiness by serving on the board of directors for Junior Achievements of Idaho since 2019.
