Effective April 30, 2025, Bank of Idaho is officially part of the Glacier family of banks! This partnership means greater opportunities for you – expanded products and services, higher lending limits, and the same personalized service you value. While we are working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible, some changes will require action on your part. The good news? Right now, there’s nothing you need to do.

Your New Glacier Bank Division

As part of this transition, your Bank of Idaho branch will join one of three bank divisions within the Glacier family of banks—each with a long history of local commitment and service. For more information on the transition and answers to frequently asked questions, please visit your new bank’s respective customer resource center. Here’s where your branch fits and link to each customer resource center:

• Eastern Idaho: Branches in Ashton, Idaho Falls, Idaho Falls Mortgage, Island Park, Pocatello, Pocatello Mortgage and St. Anthony will join Citizens Community Bank.
• Treasure Valley: Branches in Boise, Nampa and Twin Falls Mortgage will join Mountain West Bank.
• Eastern Washington: Branches in Dayton, Kennewick, Pasco, Sunnyside, and Yakima will join Wheatland Bank.
