Mr. Price is the Chairman Emeritus and Lead Director of Bank of Idaho. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College. Mr. Price is serving his second term as a Director of the Salt Lake City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Price is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Public Employees Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI). He is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the College of Eastern Idaho as well as the Eastern Regional Chair of Idaho Business for Education.

Mr. Carr received his BA degree from Utah State University and then his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. He is a past owner of Idaho Title and Trust, a past member of the International Governing Board of the Red Cross/ Red Crescent (Standing Commission), past board member of Refugees International, Washington DC, and incoming chair of the Idaho Community Foundation. He is a small business owner in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He is married to Cindy Carr and has three grown children.

Jeff Newgard joined Bank of Idaho as President & CEO in July of 2015. This position brought him back to his roots in community banking following a short tenure as Regional President at Home Street Bank, following that institution’s acquisition of Yakima National Bank, where he had also served as President & CEO. Mr. Newgard, who has held several leadership positions in community banking since 1998, is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Walla Walla College, as well as an MBA from Washington State University. Jeff is an active volunteer with many local & regional non-profits, serving as the Area 5 Committee Chair of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Director with Idaho’s Oldest Rodeo, the War Bonnet Roundup, and as a member of the Special Committee on Cyber Security with Independent Community Bankers of America, to name a few.

Mr. Reinke is the third generation owner of a county grain elevator in Ashton, ID. He buys and sells wheat and barley to warehouse and supply end users such as flower mills, animal feed lots, and malting barley facilities. Before joining the family business in 2004, he graduated from The University of Memphis with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He was recruited and received a golf scholarship to the University while attending North Fremont High School. Today, he lives in his hometown of Ashton with his wife, Amy, and has two children.

Ms. Stephens earned a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In addition to being a director of the Bank, Ms. Stephens provides consulting services in Information Technology and IT Services industry. Ms. Stephens retired from the Idaho National Laboratory (science-based, applied engineering national laboratory dedicated to supporting the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) missions in nuclear and energy research, science, and national defense) as Chief Information Officer (CIO), and held leadership positions at the Savannah River Site, the Boeing Company, McDonnell Douglas, and the U.S. Postal Service. She was recognized for her leadership by DOE and Computerworld magazine, and is a 2017 recipient of the Idaho Women of the year award. In addition to her position as CIO, Ms. Stephens was Chairman of the National Laboratory Chief Information Council and was a member of the DOE Cyber Council.

David J. Volk is a recent addition to our Board of Directors. He joined Castle Creek® Capital in 2005. Mr. Volk is primarily responsible for leading Castle Creek’s analytical processes related to evaluation of investment opportunities and transactions, monitoring of investment performance, and portfolio risk management. Mr. Volk also works directly with Castle Creek’s portfolio companies including currently serving on the board of directors at Bank of Southern California, Bridgewater Bancshares, and now Bank of Idaho, as well as being actively involved with Suncrest Bank and InBankshares Corp. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate with TW Associates Capital, Inc., which provided merger & acquisition and corporate financing advisory services to small and middle market companies. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he assisted clients with corporate restructurings, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Volk holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia.

Doug Oppenheimer is President and co-owner of Oppenheimer Companies, Inc. (OCI). He is also President of Interstate Food Processing Corporation, President of Interstate Food Group, and President of Greenline Transportation, all affiliated companies of OCI. Some of Doug's community activities include: Board Member of Boy Scouts of America (Ore-Ida Council and Western Regional Council); Director of Idaho Community Foundation; Chair and Director of Idaho Business for Education; Director of the St. Luke's Health Foundation; Trustee of College of Idaho; Board Member of Andrus Center Board of Governors; and Director of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival Advisory Board. Doug resides in Boise and has five children and six grandchildren.

Mr. Day is the Operations & Account Manager at Sunfair Marketing, a Division of Leinad Resources, Inc., where he oversees the full, end to end process, from purchasing products from suppliers and coordinating logistics to maintaining quality assurance, handling invoicing and payments, and ensuring compliance with food safety and organic certification regulations. He is responsible for managing multiple accounts, ensuring the delivery of top-grade fruit to companies specializing in processing juices, ciders, chips, and sauce products. His expertise lies in handling various types of fruit, with a particular emphasis on apples, cherries, and pears. Mr. Day earned his Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages & Cultures from Washington State University, with an emphasis on Spanish Language and Cultures and a minor in French. His multilingual abilities, fluency in Spanish, and proficiency in French further enhance his communication skill and ability.

Dana Kirkham is Director of Strategic Initiatives for Idaho Environmental Coalition the prime contractor for the Idaho Cleanup Project at the INL site. Previously she served as the CEO of Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI) and as the Mayor of Ammon, Idaho. Currently she participates on several boards including the Idaho Falls Arts Council, the Bonneville County Fire District, and the Idaho Falls City Club. She attended Marion Military Institute in Alabama before graduating with a BS in Political Science from Utah State University. She worked for the State Department in Frankfurt, Germany and the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia.
She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family – camping, hiking, backpacking, and mountain biking. She is married to Ryan Kirkham and has two daughters.

Kevin Ahern is Managing Partner at Brush Creek Partners, an investment firm focused on operating companies in the specialty finance, banking and financial services, manufacturing, distribution, media, and business and consumer services sectors. Kevin currently serves on the board of directors of InBank Corp (InBank), a New Mexico and Colorado-based bank holding company, Bancorp 34 (Bank 34), an Arizona-based bank holding company, Horizon Bank, an Indiana-based bank, ERI Group, Inc., a Colorado-based medical device contract design and manufacturing firm, and GXIII, a New York-based digital audio company.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Investment Trust Company, a Colorado-based independent trust company. Kevin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Finance and Insurance from the University of Northern Colorado. Ahern is a Colorado native, has been married to his wife, Annie, for 37 years and has two married adult children and two grandchildren.
