Meet our Commercial Loan Officers

Mr. Dimick has been in Commercial Lending for 10 years and leads our Commercial Loan and Retail Banking Divisions for Bank of Idaho. As a native Idahoan, Caleb was born in Idaho Falls, but lived in Utah and Alaska before moving back home. He finds it to be a great place to raise kids and enjoy the scenery. Caleb graduated with a Finance Degree from Idaho State University. He loves banking because of the opportunity to make lasting connections with his customers and help them navigate owning and growing a business. He loves to find creative ways to get his clients what they need while effectively managing risk for the bank. Caleb’s hobbies include golfing, snowboarding and chasing his wife and three kids around in all of their activities.

Tanner is one of the newest lenders to join the Bank of Idaho team as a Commercial/Ag loan officer. He started working with us in January of 2018, and enjoys the opportunity this job gives him to work with business owners in achieving their professional goals, as well as learning about many of the unique business that are right here in Southeast Idaho. Before coming to the Bank, Tanner completed an internship in agricultural lending during the summer of 2017. He most recently graduated from BYU-Idaho with his degree in Agribusiness Management and a minor in Beef Production. Originally from Rigby, ID, Tanner grew up in agriculture and has a passion for it. Tanner and his wife Katie currently reside in Idaho Falls, and have one daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys team roping, racing horses, and spending time with his family.

Devin has been in lending for 5 years and is currently an ag/commercial lender. Devin comes from a varied agricultural background with experience with cattle, forage crops, and dairy. Devin attended the University of Wyoming- GO POKES!- for his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Devin has a degree in Ag Business with a minor in Chinese as well as a Juris Doctorate. Devin is a member of the Idaho and Wyoming State Bar. Devin is passionate about the agriculture industry, small businesses, and life in rural communities.

Courtney hails from Cedar City, Utah and is a great addition to our team! She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Utah University in Range Science and Management. She is excited to work with you on your next commercial or ag-related endeavor. Courtney has worked with the FSA and BLM previously, so she really knows her stuff! When not taking care of her customers, she enjoys riding ATV's, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.

Eric is a Commercial Loan Officer at our Capital Avenue office. He has been with the bank for over 18 years. Eric is a hard worker and is eager to help meet the needs of his clients. Having lived his whole life right here in Idaho Falls, he has a special perspective and a deep appreciation for the community and finds joy in giving back. He volunteers in this community and enjoys meeting new people and businesses. When he's not busy meeting the needs of his customers, Eric enjoys playing music with his band, Peak Theory, as well as golf, hiking, camping, riding dirt bikes, and hanging out with his wife and kids.

Keith Zundel brings over 8 years of banking experience, including retail and commercial landscapes. He’s found his passion in being a key partner while helping a business grow - which led him to specialize in the many facets of commercial lending and cash management.

Keith has direct experience in many lending fields including SBA, Medical/Professional, Commercial Real Estate (IRE, OO, CELOC, New Construction, Cross Collateralizing, etc.), Equipment Finance, Lines of Credit, Acquisition/Start Up, Non-profit/Not-for-profit, and more. He also has direct experience helping clients with the various other banking needs that come with owning a business such as Cash Management, Savings, International buying/selling, Sweeps, Merchant Services, Payroll, and many more.

He takes pride in offering the highest level of service to his clients and becoming an advocate for them as they navigate their cash cycle. Keith also takes a personal approach garnering a relationship when helping his clients or prospects so they know they are working with someone that cares about them and their success. He comes to Bank of Idaho covering Eastern Idaho eager to serve the community and provide the best that “the best” community bank has to offer.

Maigan moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1997, after growing up just outside of Anchorage, Alaska. She graduated from North Idaho College earning an associate degree in business and Eastern Washington University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management and human resource management.

Maigan began her banking career in 2001 at Wells Fargo Financial. After working many years in the consumer, sub-prime market, Maigan made the transition to Commercial Banking. She has been solely focused on small business and SBA lending since 2013 and loves helping business owners achieve their goals by utilizing the amazing programs the SBA has to offer.

Maigan is active in the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. She is excited to lead the Bank of Idaho team in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene market.

Tim Markham received his Bacheller's in Business Administration from Boise State University, going on later to earn a Master's in Business Administration. He has been married for 27 years and has 2 children. Tim enjoys time with his family, huckleberry picking, spending time in the mountains, taking his dogs for walks, and watching Boise State sports. With over 25 years' experience in banking Tim strives to be a strategic partner with his clients to help them grow and meet their goals.
